🚨 I have reviewed this product in the past giving it 5 stars. The product at the time was completely different and was just gut health bio cultures with 22 strains. I got brilliant relief for my microscopic colitis.⚠️ This product is completely different and this goes against trading standards. The reviews here are reviewing the old product.

Inconsistent/incorrect instructions and information.

Firstly, the packaging states one capsule a day, the listing states two. Which is it? The packaging states its a 30 day supply, yet if you take two, thats a false statement. This is BASIC information that a brand should know about their own product. In fact, the listing information and packaging information differ wildly - from daily dose to how much of each bacteria is in each capsule.If they cant get this correct, what else is factually inaccurate? Does this product even contain what they claim it does?I went with the packaging instructions and took just one a day. They are easy to swallow (they got something right!). I have not noticed any differences whatsoever, but my gut biome might be perfectly fine and not require such products.Cost and value depends on what dose is correct - for 30 days id say the price was good. For 14 days, then no.Another problem i have with this product is the excessive packaging. It could be half, even a third, the size it is. There really is no need for such a large ouch for such a small volume of capsules.I would not purchase these again as i dont feel the company is trustworthy.

I have been taking these for a few weeks now with good results. I am less bloated and feel more comfortable, easy to swallow capsules with no taste or aftertaste. Happy to recommend.
