Had a problem with my delivery as Amazon driver just left it on my doorstep....and it got stolen as a result!
-Good communication from company regarding theft... although I did have to email them again after not hearing for a good few days while investigations took place.
Problem was then resolved and This Company honored the transaction.
You can't argue with that.
So to be fair, problem is really with Amazon!
