The moment you place an order on our website, it is treated as an offer to buy, and we send a confirmation email to the given email address. If the order gets accepted, the product will be shipped immediately.

At this point, we enter into legal agreement with you. Payment is accepted at the time the goods are dispatched. If we have a legal right to refuse an order, you will be informed at first.

After shipping the product, we deduct the given amount from your credit card.

We allow you to make corrections regarding your order up to the final page of our ordering process. As mentioned above, all sensitive personal information that is transmitted to us online is end-to-end encrypted and transmitted with maximum security.

Refund and Returns

Hopefully, the Customer will be happy with our Products. However, if the Customer isn't 100% satisfied, we invite the Customer to follow the steps below to reach a satisfactory resolution.


This policy summarizes some of your key rights and provides information on cancellation and returns of our Products that you purchased via our website. It is additional to and not intended to replace the terms and conditions contained on our website, which you should read carefully before you buy any of our Products.

Refund Initiation

The Customer may apply for a refund if the Product does not conform to the description in the Order.

Within 14 days of receiving the Product, the Customer must review the Product and notify Sterling Nutrition if it is not satisfactory by email at or by letter.

We may request further explanations and you must cooperate with us in providing this information. Please include the order number and reasons you are not satisfied with the order.

After receiving the Customer's email, we will review the Customer's position and respond within 48 hours.

The Customer has another 14 days to return the Products to our address at: Sterling Customer Returns, 5 Birchroyd Close, Huddersfield, HD2 2ES, West Yorkshire

The customer is responsible for the postage for returns, for the avoidance of doubt

The customer has the right to return the order within 14 days and notify us by email or letter as long as the product is in the same condition as it arrived.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund in certain situations, including, but not limited to, when there is no legitimate reason to do so.

To be eligible you must at the least meet the following requirements:

The Product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain the original labeling. If it is sealed or closed, the opening device must be kept intact.

The return to us must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.

A copy of the proof of purchase and the delivery note for the Product must be included in the package.

We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your cancellation request.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to hit your account and enquire with your bank prior to contact to us regarding an incoming refund.
