HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our warehouse team will process or dispatch all orders within 24 hours (all orders placed on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays will be processed or dispatched the following workday). We recommend you contact our Customer Service Team by email HERE as soon as possible after placing your order (Open 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday). We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed before it is dispatched. We will of course arrange a free return and refund for any unwanted product(s) if you place an order in error, and we cannot stop the order being dispatched.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Although our warehouse is operating as usual, deliveries may be delayed by 2-3 days due to the current situation affecting our delivery providers. The delays may be longer for orders for overseas customers. We would ask you to wait
2-3 days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched up to 48 hours after you place your order. Should your order not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us HERE and we will check the tracking numbers. If the order has not arrived, we will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible
