Feel good

Value for minonet

Nice big bottle, good quality & price but I did change to capsules purely for convenience. there as supposed to help getting in to ketosis, I can’t vouch for that, my love of carbs prevented this for me

It control my appetite, I've been doing this for 3 months now and I don't plan to quit.

It gives me energy all day and controls my appetite.I've been taking Sterling Nutrition's MCT C8 for over three months and I'm thrilled with the results. Since adding it to my routine, I've noticed sustained energy throughout the day, without those mid-afternoon slumps. It also helps me a lot with controlling my appetite: it keeps me feeling full and I no longer have that urge to snack between meals that I used to struggle to control. I also notice it in how I feel overall—lighter and more balanced. After three months, I can say that it's a product I will definitely continue to buy.
