The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant aftertaste, which is always a plus when taking supplements regularly.The formula includes well-known ingredients like ashwagandha, phosphatidylserine, rhodiola, and L-theanine, all commonly associated with stress support and mental performance. On paper, it’s a well-rounded blend aimed at helping with stress balance and energy levels.However, in my experience, I didn’t notice any real improvement in fatigue levels after using them for a period of time. While they may work differently for others, I personally didn’t feel a significant change in energy or overall alertness.Overall, this is a well-formulated and easy-to-take supplement, but based on my experience, the effects on fatigue were limited. It may still be worth trying for stress support, but results can vary depending on the individual.

I've become very interested in trying supplements to address particular issues as I age and also to combat the inevitable effects of aging so I was interested to try out these Ashwagandha KSM-66 cortisol harmony capsules when the chance was offered to me.The packet has a rip top opening and press together closing and a lot of information about the product printed on it.I've taken the supplements as directed and finished them all and as much as I'd hoped that I could report they had done everything they claimed I've really not noticed any difference.Looking at the other reviews I notice that a lot of people have found these supplements to be very beneficial so while I've not had any noticeable benefits myself others have.Although the supplements are very reasonably priced I unfortunately won't be buying them again but as I said other reviews have said otherwise.
